GOOD TO KNOW
Does my ticket grant entry to the co-located events (ANIME Impulse, K-PLAY! FEST, Collectors Expo)?
Yes, standard admission to any event grants full access to all co-located halls and shows happening on the same day.
Can I buy tickets at the door, or are they online only?
Only single-day adult, single-day children, and single-day senior tickets are available at the door. Family packs and multi-day tickets are only available online.
Which building is the main Asian American Expo hall?
Exhibit Hall 4 (the largest on the floorplan) is the main hall we suggest all guests visit first.
Where is the Asian American Expo information center?
The main Expo information center is located at the Hall 4 entrance, on the right side immediately upon entry.
Are there ATM machines available at the event?
ATM machines are located behind the Hall 4 information center and at the entrance of the food streets outdoors.
Can I get to Asian American Expo if I park at the Gate 9 parking lot?
Yes, both parking lots service Asian American Expo. Directional signage points from the parking lot to the Expo area.
What are the event's daily operating hours?
The event runs from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM on both Saturday and Sunday.
Where is the designated rideshare (Uber/Lyft) drop-off and pick-up area?
There are designated rideshare pick-up and drop-off points at all of the event's parking gates.
Is overnight parking allowed?
No overnight parking is permitted in the event lots.
Can I still ride the tram if I'm in a wheelchair?
Yes — trams equipped with handicap access are in operation.
Where are the restrooms?
Restrooms are located near the entrance of every hall.
Who should I contact if a family member gets lost?
Head to the Hall 4 information center — staff there will connect you with the security and safety team to help find a missing person.
Where can I get the event schedule?
Event schedules are available at the Hall 4 information center and the entrance service center.
Are wheelchairs provided at the event?
Unfortunately, the event doesn't provide complimentary wheelchairs — please bring your own if you need one.
Are pets allowed at the event?
Only service animals are allowed at Asian American Expo, per Health Department guidelines.
Are strollers permitted inside the halls?
Yes, strollers are welcome.
Can I bring outside food and drinks?
Unfortunately, outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Are there vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free options at the food courts?
Yes, select food vendors offer vegetarian and other dietary-friendly dishes.
Can I film or take photos at the event?
Personal photography and non-commercial filming are encouraged.
